Appearance Packing Process

1. Rolling up

Place the paper tube at 20cm of cloth, back folding cloth, parallel the cloth and paper tube. To avoid wrinkles and uneven edges and corners.

Roll up the cloth for 5 circles by hand, then put it into the automatic coiler. Tighten both sides of the caliper and cloth edges. Start the coiler to roll the cloth automatically. Inspect the process to ensure the quality.

2. Wraping seals

Tighten the tape and wrap around the seal. Bind the seal tightly to the cloth. The seal interface position in the head of the cloth, away from the edge of 10CM.

Take out the meter label and put it at the seal interface. Tighten the tape and wrap around the meter label and seal.

3. Covering plastic film

Cover the cloth with suitable plastic film. After the bottom of cloth touching the bottom of plastic film, set up the cloth, pull plastic film to the top.

Tighten the plastic film, close the mouth and knot it. Cut off the excess knot with scissors.
