Actually, during the cooperation with Sanliu, I experienced a short period of pain at the very beginning. I remember it was our first cooperation around 2010. A batch of fabric had a quality problem, I required to change with their salesman. The salesman gave me a replacement application to fulfill out. I was so inconsistent and felt that they set obstacles for avoiding the replacement. But in order to replace the goods, I fulfilled the application. 

However, the following processes let me sincerely convinced. My replacement application was dealt in time, and the manager of quality inspection department called me to explain the problem of this batch.
